Import Content: All available content from your site can be viewed. You can  choose any content from anywhere on your site that already exists to insert onto your page. To import content onto the current page, click the  button. 

All folders are indicated by a  and all content is indicated by a . Select the content of choosing by clicking on it. It will then appear in the preview window. Click the Insert Button menu option to insert the selected content, as indicated by the blue arrow. Click th Cancel button, as indicated by the orange arrow, if you do not wish to import content.
