Edit:
When the edit menu option is selected, you will be taken to the editing screen, where the information from your web page will be displayed in a text editor window for ease of changing.

Edit: Upon following this link, your page will be loaded into an editing screen. From here, it is possible to edit the content of your page.
Save: Save your current file to the database. When you are done editing your page click this button just like in a regular word processor. If you are working on the active revision, it will automatically update your site on the web. If you are saving this file for the first time, the following "Save As" pop-up message will appear.
Content Name: The name of the page that you are saving
Content Title: The text that will appear in the title bar associated with this page.
Content Description: Text that is entered here will be put into the metadata of the page and can be viewed by search engines.
Lock Content: If this checkbox is selected, the content will be locked and will not be able to be edited until it is unlocked. (To unlock the content, go to the properties of the content that you would like to unlock and deselect the Lock Content checkbox)
Save Revision: Save your current file into the database as a new revision. This new revision will then be saved and ready for release. Click here to learn more about releasing a revision.
Preview: Opens your page in a new window where the changes that have been made to your page can be viewed in your internet browser.
Select Template: Allows you to view your available templates and select one to be applied to your page.

The red arrow indicates the templates that are available under your Templates folder. In this scenario there are two templates that are available for use. "Main" and "Test Template" are the two templates available for use, as indicated by the red arrow. To apply a template, click the template of your choosing. It will then show up in the preview screen. Click the "Set Template" button to apply the template to your page, as indicated by the blue arrow. Click cancel if you do not wish to apply a template.
Insert Navigation Bar: A navigation bar will allow you to navigate easily through your site through the use of links. If you would like to insert a navbar, click the
button.

All available navbars will be shown in the left hand column as indicated by the red arrow. To select a navigation bar, click the nav bar of choice. It will then show in the preview window. To insert the selected navigation bar, click the Insert Menu button as indicated by the blue arrow. If you do not wish to select a navigation bar at this time, click the Cancel menu option as indicated by the orange arrow.
Import Content: All available content from your site can be viewed. You can choose any content from anywhere on your site that already exists to insert onto your page. To import content onto the current page, click the
button.

. Select the content of choosing by clicking on it. It will then appear in the preview window. Click the Insert Button menu option to insert the selected content, as indicated by the blue arrow. Click th Cancel button, as indicated by the orange arrow, if you do not wish to import content.
Import Url: To import content that already exists on the world wide web, click the
button. This will take the content of the selected website and place it onto your page.

Type the url of your choice in the URL text box as indicated by the red arrow. Make sure to not erase the http:// as it may result in an error. Once the url has been correctly typed into the url box, click the Get URL button, indicated by the black arrow. The selected page will then appear in the preview window. To import the url that is shown in the preview window, click the Insert Content Menu option as indicated by the blue arrow. If you do not wish to import a U at this time, click the Cancel button that is indicated by the orange arrow.
Insert Form: Inserting a web form allows you to be able to insert entry areas onto your form. The entry area buttons will be greyed out and unable to be selected until a form is inserted onto the page. To insert the form, you must select the content to be displayed upon submission of the form. This is the action of the form, and after the form has been submitted, the action page will be displayed . Next, you must enter an e-mail address. This e-mail address is where the form data will be sent upon submission of the form. Once all of this data has been selected, click the insert form icon to insert the form onto your page.

. Every form must have an action page for the submission. Meaning, that when the submit button is pressed for the form, there has to be a page that the user will be taken to upon submission of the form. This is referred to as the action page. The first step is to select the action page content, then enter the email address of who the form data needs to be sent to. Once this is complete, click the Insert Form Menu option to insert the form onto your page.

Insert Text Box: Inserting a text box will place a text entry area onto your form. This will allow the user to enter information into the text box. The text box area is limited to 100 characters.

Name (Indicated by the red arrow): This is the name of the text box. This acts as a label for the textbox, and will therefore appear to the left of the textbox.
Value (Indicated by the black arrow): This is the default value that will appear inside the textbox when the form is loaded. This can be blank if desired.
Validation Type (Indicated by the blue arrow): This attribute will allow you to error check the information that the user enters. The data type can be verified as a date by selecting "Date" from the drop down menu, as a number by selecting "number", or as text by selecting "text" from the drop down box.
Error Message (Indicated by the grey arrow): This attribute will display an error message if the validation fails. Enter your custom error message as you would like it to appear.

Input Area: The input area is similar to a text box with the exception that it will hold up to 1000 characters as compared to only 100 with the text box. To insert an input area, click the
button on the edit menu.

Name (Indicated by the red arrow): This is the name of the input area. This acts as a label for the input area, and will therefore appear to the left of the input area.
Value (Indicated by the blue arrow): This is the default value that will appear inside the input area when the form is loaded. This can be blank if desired.
Validation Type (Indicated by the orange arrow): This attribute will allow you to error check the information that the user enters. The data type can be verified as a date by selecting "Date" from the drop down menu, as a number by selecting "number", or as text by selecting "text" from the drop down box.

Submit Button: This button must be placed on a form to allow the information of the form to be submitted. To input a submit button, click the
button located on the edit menu.

Name (Indicated by the red arrow): This is the name of the submit button. This acts as a label for the submit button, and will therefore appear to the left of the button. This is not a required field.
Value (Indicated by the blue arrow): If desired, the value attribute will place a value inside the boundaries of the button. If no value is inputted, the default is "Submit Query".

Reset Button: This button will reset all the values of the input areas of the form. It will clear out any information that has been inputted by the user. To insert a reset button, click the
button on the edit menu.

Name (Indicated by the red arrow): This is the name of the button. This acts as a label for the button, and will therefore appear to the left of the button. This is not a required field.
Value (Indicated by the blue arrow): If desired, the value attribute will place a value inside the boundaries of the button. If no value is inputted, the default is "Reset".

Check Box: A check box will pass a value of your choosing upon submission of the form when the checkbox is checked. To insert a check box, click the
button on the edit menu.

Name: If desired, the name attribute will place a name to the left of the check box.
Value: This is the value that will be passed upon the submission of the form if the check box is checked.

Radio Button: Similar to the check box, if the form is submitted with the radio button selected, a value will be passed. To insert a radio button, click the
button on the edit menu.

Name: If desired, the name attribute will place a name to the left of the radio button.
Value: This is the value that will be passed upon the submission of the form if the radio button is selected.

Select: This will allow for mutliple select of options. The user will be able to choose from a selection of options. To choose multiple options, the user can hold down the control key and click on the option of their choosing. To insert a select, click the
button located on the edit menu.

Name: If desired, the name attribute will place a name to the left of the select.
Values: Mutliple options can be inputted for user selection. If multiple options are desired to be inputted, only one selction per line may be inputted.
